• Are you a residential program?
We are partnered with DreamLife that provides treatment and LifeHouse provides all housing in accordancewith COMAR and CARF guidelines.

• Are you an IOP with supportive housing?
Yes; we have PHP, IOP, and OP treatment all with Housing if the client requires it.

• Are you an IOP with supportive housing that allows Methadone and Buprenorphine?
Yes; we provide MAT and the client can bring in any other RX that is qualified by their doctor.

• Are you an outpatient program?
Yes; we partner with DreamLife Treatment Center to provide Outpatient treatment with housing from LifeHouse.

• Do you accept pregnant women/women with children?
No; but our advocates partner with the best in Maryland, so we can still help you find the best facility for your needs.

• Do you offer detox from alcohol, opioids or benzos? Medicated?
No; but we encourage detox clients and referrals to call us because we practice and partner with detoxes locallyto bring our clients continuous care.

• Will you accept patients on a taper for pain or alcohol?
Yes

• Will you accept someone who is uninsured or if insurance is pending?
Yes.

• Do you accept Spanish-speaking individuals and do you conduct Spanish speaking groups?
Yes; and we have a few staff members who speak Spanish to help any clients who do speak Spanish.

• Are your residences handicap accessible and accommodating?
Yes.

• Will you accept patient with outpatient needs (i.e. dialysis, PT, OT)?
Yes.

• Will you allow home care service needs or Transition Guide nursing for continued coordination of care?
Yes.

• How long is your self-reflection (black out) period?
This is case by case but typically, for our PHP clients, the black out period is 21-28 days.

• Do you offer transportation?
Yes; our team is fully equipped to take our clients to any appointments necessary, as it relates back to their recovery.
